Denise has been helping us with our travel plans since 2009 with trips ranging from Australia/New Zealand for 9 weeks, Peru/Ecuador/Galapagos Islands for 6 weeks, Iceland 2.5 weeks, and most recently Costa Rica. We tend to travel around wherever we go so Denise has helped us with very busy itineraries including multiple lodgings, rental vehicles, organized tours and flights. She always does extensive research regarding our interests and provides us with a range of options to choose from. It is evident from the attention Denise pays to details that our trip is important to her and she wants things to go smoothly. When they don't, Denise is also there for you. For example, our flight to South America was cancelled at the last minute due to a fire at the US connection airport. Within minutes of notifying Denise of the cancellation, she had alternative flights for us and all we had to do was tell the airline what the alternative flights were and change gates. What could have been a huge inconvenience was stress-free. We will continue to use Denise for all of our vacation planning and highly recommend her to anyone who loves to travel!!
